Whether you need open systems protocol integration, propriety building automation integration or a custom integration, CMS Controls delivers products, services and solutions that increase energy efficiency and lower building operating costs to create a comfortable, economical, energy efficient, and most important, safe environment.
Service and Approach
CMS Controls provides expertise includes pneumatic, electric, electronic, and direct digital controls (DDC) for application in new construction, retrofit, and direct owner projects. Additionally, CMS Controls is factory certified Niagara N4/AX as a Johnson Controls Facility Explorer and Siemens Talon value partner. CMS Controls agrees to provide System Support Services for the Building Controls System installed at your facility in accordance with the Customer Service Plan. CMS Controls will provide a written report of work done under this agreement at the end of each service call to update the history of the work performed. CMS Controls will review these work reports with the customer on a regularly scheduled basis.

The following is a description of our System Support Services:
After each repair or maintenance visit, the contractor shall provide the Owner with a service report concerning work performed on the System, setting forth each maintenance task and listing, by name and part number, all System components replaced during that repair or maintenance visit. CMS Controls will conduct operational support and visual inspection of equipment covered under this agreement during normal working hours on a quarterly basis.
- Inspections will be made to verify the proper operation of BAS Control System. Any hardware deficiencies CMS Controls finds will be fixed upon approval at time and material rate.
- CMS Controls will analyze, adjust, and calibrate the applicable temp/humidity sensors.
- Inspection of system and point operations on front-end graphics. Review for operation of systems on schedule.
- Review any points in ‘manual’ and discuss with operator prior to returning to ‘automatic’ control.
Getting Involved
Returning profits and support to our local communities. CMS Controls is extensively involved in the communities in which they serve. From Meals on Wheels to Habitat for Humanity, our employees and company are committed to giving a portion of our profits back to the people and organizations in our community who need it most.
During the holidays, our employees donate toys to the local Toys for Tots programs. We host annual blood drives for the American Red Cross, where both our own employees as neighbors donate much-needed blood and plasma. We serve on the boards and committees of many local organizations including the YMCA, Arts Together, Kiwanis Club, and multiple houses of worship. To help provide the homeless with food and shelter, we support multiple community shelters. We donate communications equipment to women's shelters in an effort to provide them with a means of reaching out for help. We also participate in fundraisers and charitable events targeted towards charitable organizations whom our customers and employees support as well. CMS has used their mechanical skills and vendor relationships to provide heating and air conditioning equipment to those without proper means to take care of themselves in emergency situations.
