Charles D Ross
VP OF BUILDING INTEGRATION & ENERGY SERVICES
Throughout his 20 years in the DDC Controls industry, Charles has sold, serviced, designed and installed, managed, and owned his own controls business, Crosstech in Canada. When Crosstech was acquired by Modern Niagara, Charles was brought on as Business Development executive and grew the branch for the new owners. Following that he was hired by Johnson Controls where he actively grew branches in Ontario and Pittsburgh. Charles has expertise with propriety and open protocol controls platforms, including Johnson Metasys and Facility Explorer, Distech, Niagara, among others, and has particular expertise transitioning one system to another to meet changing customer requirements. Charles has been charged with growing Huckestein’s in-house controls offerings and to lead a newly-formed company, CMS Controls.
Greg Bergstrom
Controls Project Manager
Throughout his 15 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mr. Bergstrom, acts as the on-site CMS Controls project leader to plan, execute, and complete HVAC control projects with assigned customers in a safe and cost-effective manner. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. Responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including costs, project billings, and collections. Maintains both customer satisfaction and profitable and accurate project financial results. Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project. Provides work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration, as necessary. Ensures work performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Adheres and ensures CMS Controls staff and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards.

Eric Rodgers
Controls Engineer
Throughout his 10 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mr. Rodgers has held a number of positions in the building automation industry. Mr. Rodgers has the responsibility to oversee all controls programming, engineering, commissioning, owner training and technical support. He utilizes his technical expertise in various control system to design systems, program controllers/databases and create custom graphical interfaces. Eric utilizes his diverse background to provide a custom control solution tailored to customer needs.

Scott Warren, Controls Site Foreman
Throughout his 20 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mr. Warren has held a number of positions in the building automation HVAC industry. Mr. Warren is a member of local 449 Foreman who came to the controls team from Huckestein Mechanical. Mr. Warren has the responsibility to oversee all onsite staff, controls installation, checkout, and verification. He utilizes his technical expertise in various HVAC systems to verify the proper installation and operation of each system.
Wayne Booth, Service Foreman
Throughout his 25 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mr. Booth has held a number of service positions in the HVAC industry. Mr. Booth is a member of local 449 Foreman that came to the controls team from Huckestein Mechanical service. Mr. Booth has the responsibility to oversee all service contracts, checkout, and verification. He utilizes his technical expertise in various HVAC system to verify the proper service, of each existing control system.
Austin Burtnett, Controls Engineer
Mr Burtnett has the responsibility to help with controls programming, engineering, and commissioning under supervision from the Engineering Manager. He utilizes his technical expertise in various control systems to design systems, program controllers/databases and create custom graphical interfaces.
Jess Hankin - Controls Technician
Mr Hankin has the responsibility for field wiring, controls installation, checkout, and verification. He utilizes his technical expertise in various HVAC systems to verify the proper programming and installation of each system.
Matt Springer, Controls Technician
Throughout his 4 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mr. Springer came from Westmoreland County Prison as HVAC Supervisor. Mr. Springer is also a member of local 449. completes all the onsite installation and controller checkout for each system. Mr. Springer has the responsibility for field wiring, controls installation, checkout, and verification. He utilizes his technical expertise in various HVAC system to verify the proper programming and installation of each system.
Sam Webber, Controls Technician
Throughout her 5 years in the DDC Controls industry, Mrs. Webber came from Johnson Controls as a controls technician in the service side of the business. Mrs. Webber completes all the onsite programming and controller checkout for each system. Mrs. Webber has the responsibility for site programming, controls installation, checkout, and verification. She utilizes her technical expertise in various HVAC system to verify the proper programming and installation of each system.
